One of the biggest problems faced by companies large and small is a breakdown of communication within the company. To get the most out of a business, every person needs to be on the same page to be able to work together seamlessly. I have functional experience in Design, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy roles, so I understand how to orchestrate across all functions to maximize efficacy.
Communication is also about sharing ideas, and I’ve developed educational materials and led training sessions for hundreds of professionals across functions, from entry-level to senior executive. I’ve also created university curriculum for a capstone course in product data management.
